Furman Student Activities Board

Participating in this organization of 60 wildly creative Furman students  has given me hands-on experience in programming events on both a large and small scale. Each year we aim to bring a variety of events such as concerts, carnivals, comedians and off-campus trips. Some of our past events have included performances by Drake, Tinie Tempah and the Far East Movement, stand up comedy by Seth Meyers as well as our annual Homecoming carnival and last day of class celebration.

Kappa Delta Public Relations

Throughout 2012, I had the opportunity to serve as the Vice-President Public Relations for my sorority. One of my major projects was designing the publicity initiative for our annual Shamrock 5K Run on Furman's campus.
